How to shop

Unfortunately we cannot see just by the sight of a product if child labour was involved in producing it. If you have any doubts about the production of something you want to buy, don’t hesitate to go to the shop owner. Ask about the shop’s policy concerning child labour.

You can also shop for fair trade products. The Fair Trade quality mark guarantees a better deal for producers. This means that producers don’t have the need to hire children for cheap labour.

Put Soul in the Goal

You can also help us by:

  • putting some Soul in the Goal: by calling on your government to play their part in achieving Millennium Development Goal 2 of universal primary education by 2015
  • putting your feet on the street: by showing your support for Non Governmental Organizations, Trade Unions and other groups who are calling for all children to be enrolled in school

The more people and organisations support our campaign, the more we can achieve.
